Your data is stored in an encrypted, hosted database with encryption in transit, access controls based on least privilege, and role based permissions. Each client's data is kept logically separated, and every significant action is written to an audit trail.

Only the people you invite, limited by their role. A viewer never sees admin actions, and an engineer only sees their stage. Within our team, access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate or support the service.

Yes. You can export your data, and on request we will return or delete it, subject to any period we are required to retain records by law. We do not make leaving difficult.
